Engineer-owned and operated · Sellersville, PA

Your part, engineered and machined by the person you talk to.

Prototypes to low-volume production in a wide range of materials, most commonly Grade 5 titanium, aluminum, and stainless steel. Plus design, analysis, simulation, and consulting, even when there’s no part to make. Send a drawing, a sketch, or just the problem. The engineer reads it, asks the right questions, and quotes it.

Who you work with

You work directly with the engineer.

No account managers and no hand-offs. The person who reviews your drawing is the person who programs the toolpath and checks the part.

How a job runs

Bring a finished drawing, a rough sketch, or just an idea.

  • Reach out and we’ll let you know what we need to give you a price, then work with you to move the project forward.
  • NDA first if you want one. Your design stays your property.
  • The engineer reads the drawing and sends DFM questions before pricing, so the quote matches the part you actually need.
  • Submit a request and you’ll hear back within two business days.
  • Material Certifications and Certificates of Conformance with the order when your PO calls for them.

Suggested, modified, or specified — every requirement gets held.

Not sure what your tolerances and requirements should be? We’ll help you figure that out. Bring an idea, a sketch, or a rough design. You don’t need to know how tolerancing works, what surface finish to call out, or whether something needs a slip fit or a press fit. Tell us what the part needs to do, and we’ll work out how to make it do that, so you get what it needs without paying for precision it doesn’t. If you already have specific requirements, we’ll hold to every one. Either way, we’ll get you to the finish line.
